1. Nature of the contract

Through this contract, LA FUNDACIÓ J. V. FOIX sells to the customer (that is, any natural or legal person with whom it signs any contract for the sale of its products) and the latter purchases the product specified in the invoice from the Fundació J. V. Foix. “Contract” means the purchase and sale operation carried out by means of this document; and by “product” the merchandise to be purchased

2. Availability and prices

 The data contained in our database correspond to products that we have in stock and on which we provide all the information we have. We are not responsible for any typographical or arithmetic error that may appear on our page.

We are committed to maintaining the prices indicated on all “immediate availability” products. A product will be considered “immediate availability” when, in addition to being recorded on the web, its availability is confirmed by the Fundació J. V. Foix.

 3. Shipping

 In shipments, the amount of shipping costs will be added to the total price of the order. If it is an order for more than one product, we will try to group them into a single order, whenever possible and if this does not delay the shipment excessively.

In shipments to non-EU countries, the Fundació J. V. Foix will not be responsible in any case for the payment of taxes, customs duties and other charges.

4. Cancellations and returns

 Orders can be canceled at no cost until such time as the shipment becomes effective. If we receive notice of cancellation when the package has already been sent, we will consider it a return. Returns can be made up to 15 days after receiving the product. Sending expenses will be at client’s charge. The purchase amount will not be refunded but may be used for another purchase. Naturally, all returns resulting from our error or from a defect in the product served are excluded from this assumption. In this case, the Fundació J. V. Foix undertakes to exchange the defective product for an equal one. He will also be responsible for the return and shipping costs. If the change could not be made, the amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

In the case of shipments, the payment of the product will be made in one of the ways indicated below, at the buyer’s choice:

The Fundació J. V. Foix will deliver the corresponding invoice to the client when the order is sent. The charge on the credit card will be made at the time of shipment.

6. Security and confidentiality

Transmissions of all personal data take place through SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a system that guarantees the confidentiality of sent data.

The personal data requested are always strictly necessary. The Foundation undertakes not to make any use other than the one agreed upon and not to assign or sell them to third parties. These data are stored in the database of the Fundació J. V. Foix. The client can access them at any time, from the website itself, to modify them. You can also request that they be deleted.
