The 11th September and J. V. Foix

On September 11th this year, in order to celebrate the National Day of Catalonia and the 25th anniversary of J.V. Foix’s death, the actress Carme Sansa recited “Tots hi serem al Port amb la Desconeguda” (“We Shall All Be at the Harbour with the Unknown Woman”), the poem that Foix dedicated to the Catalan poet Gabriel Ferrater soon after the latter’s death. Carme Sansa’s performance was a contribution to an event that took place at the Parc de la Ciutadella and was conducted by Mònica Terribas.
